Plate 08 · Analytics

Not a wall of charts.
The five things that matter.

Revenue, orders, average order value, your best products and where your money currently stands — over any range you choose. Computed from paid orders and the same ledger that pays you, so the dashboard and the bank never tell different stories.

FIG 08 — one daily series, five readouts

What changes

Stop running the shop on a feeling.

Without numbers, every decision about stock, price and effort is a guess dressed up as instinct — and the guess is usually about the item you happen to remember.

Without it

  • Your best seller is the one you remember packing
  • Restocking is a feeling about last month
  • You cannot tell a good week from a busy one
  • Revenue and profit are the same number in your head

With Traxease

  • Your best seller is a row, by quantity and by value
  • Restocking is a number you can point at
  • A good week and a busy week are two different lines
  • Revenue, order count and average order value are separate

Move through it

One line. Drag it anywhere.

Sweep the time cursor across the range and watch every figure recompute at that exact day — the same daily series the dashboard builds, driven by your pointer instead of a date picker.

How it works

Where each number comes from.

Every figure is derived, never entered. Hover a step to follow the thread from an order to a readout.

01

Only paid orders count as revenue

An abandoned basket is not a sale and does not enter the figures. What you see as revenue is money a customer actually committed, which is why it agrees with your wallet rather than flattering it.

02

Averages are computed, not estimated

Average order value is total revenue divided by paid orders, in whole kobo, using integer division — the same arithmetic the money path uses, so it cannot disagree with the ledger by a rounding step.

03

The series is built per day

Revenue and order count are bucketed by day across your chosen range, including the days with nothing in them. Empty days are the shape of the story — dropping them makes a quiet fortnight look like a busy one.

04

Balances come from the wallet itself

Pending and available are read from your wallet, not recalculated from orders. There is one source of truth for what you are owed and what you can withdraw.
