Multi-store brands

Two brands.
Two sets of books.

A second line should not mean a second login, and it definitely should not mean one blended balance you spend the next year untangling. Each store keeps its own address, catalogue, customers and wallet — you keep one account and switch between them.

Where it goes wrong

One account, two businesses, no accounting.

Running a second line out of the first shop’s tools is fine until the moment you need to know which of them is actually making money.

01

The money arrives in one pile

If both brands settle into a single balance, neither has a real profit figure — and the weaker one is being subsidised by the stronger without anyone deciding that.

02

The catalogues bleed into each other

One shop with two audiences means every shopper wades through products that were never meant for them, and your best sellers are buried in someone else’s range.

03

A second login is a second password

The usual workaround — a whole separate account per brand — means two of everything, including two places to forget to check.

Switch between them

Change store. Watch everything change.

One account, two shops. Switch and the catalogue, the customers, the orders and the wallet all move with you — because they were never sharing a table in the first place.

Two wallets, never pooled. Adaeze Studio cannot spend Kolawole Home’s balance, and neither store can read the other’s customers — that separation is in the database, not on this screen.

A working model of the real switch. Isolation is enforced at the database, not by the screen you are looking at.

How it is set up

A working multi-store account, configured.

Six things that stay separate, and the one that does not.

An address per store
Each brand claims its own name and gets its own certified address. Customers never see that the two are related unless you tell them.
A wallet per store
Sales, escrow, commission and withdrawals are all per store. Two businesses, two balances, two sets of books that actually add up.
A template per store
The dense market layout for one and the editorial one for the other. They are separate shops, so they can look like it.
Customers stay where they bought
An account, a wishlist and an order history belong to the store they were created in. Nothing is shared across brands by accident.
Isolation you cannot switch off
Every query is scoped to one store before it runs. This is not a filter on a screen — there is no view of the data where the two are mixed.
One login, one bill
Three stores on the Premium plan, switched from the same dashboard, with one subscription rather than three.

Give the second line its own shop.

Same login, same dashboard, its own address and its own balance — from the moment you create it.
