Traxease sellers can now run their store from WhatsApp

Traxease has opened its AI assistant to sellers on WhatsApp. Sending a photograph of a new item returns a finished product draft — title, description, category and a suggested price — for the seller to approve before anything reaches their storefront. Sellers can also ask plain questions about their own sales and get answers drawn from their real orders and ledger rather than a dashboard to interpret.

One media library replaces per-product uploads across Traxease

Every file a seller stores on Traxease now lives in a single media library and is counted once, however many products, categories or pages use it. Deleting an image first shows the seller exactly what still depends on it, and free stock photography can be searched without leaving the page.

Traxease escrow releases itself after seven days

Card sales on Traxease land in a seller’s wallet as pending and become available the moment the order is marked delivered — or automatically seven days later if it is not. The change closes the most common way a seller’s money gets stranded: an order that was delivered and never marked.
