Your assistant lives on WhatsApp, where you already work. Photograph the item and it drafts the listing. Ask what sold this week and it answers from your own records. Approve, and the change is live on your store.

What changes
The dashboard comes to you.
Most sellers are not at a desk. They are at a market stall, in traffic, or between customers — with one hand free and WhatsApp already open.
Without it
- Listing a product means finding a laptop
- Photos sit on the phone for a week
- “How did last month go?” means exporting something
- The shop only gets updated when you have an hour
With Traxease
- Listing a product means sending a photo
- The draft is written while you are still standing there
- “How did last month go?” is a question you can just ask
- The shop gets updated in the gaps between customers
Have the conversation
Ask it something.
A thread that behaves the way yours will: send a photo and get a draft listing back, ask about the week and get real figures, then approve and watch the storefront change beside it.

Nothing here moves until you approve a change in the thread.
A scripted demonstration with prepared replies — no live model, no real store, nothing sent.
How it works
Why it cannot do something you would not.
The interesting engineering here is the fence, not the model. Hover a step to follow the thread.
It knows who is texting
Your number is verified against your account before anything happens. A message from an unknown number is not a customer service problem — it simply is not your assistant, and it is declined.
The model proposes, the platform authorises
It cannot reach your database. It can only ask for named actions from a fixed registry, and each one runs through the same tenant-scoped service the dashboard uses. An action it is not entitled to is refused by the platform, not by the model’s good manners.
Changes are drafts until you say so
A generated listing arrives as a draft with the price, title and description it proposes. Nothing is published, no price changes and no order is touched until you approve it in the thread.
Usage is capped and visible
Every plan carries a monthly token allowance and your dashboard shows what you have used. Running out affects the assistant only — your store, checkout and payouts are entirely unaffected.

Pairs with
None of this works alone.
Each capability assumes the others exist. These three are the ones this page leans on most.
Run your shop from your thumb.
Open a store, verify your number, and the assistant is in the same app you are already in all day.
