We make money when you take money out.

At the moment you withdraw to your bank, and only then. A ₦45,000 sale credits your wallet as ₦45,000; withdrawing that amount transfers ₦44,550 and records a ₦450 commission row in your ledger. Nothing is deducted at checkout, and nothing is deducted while the money sits in your wallet.

Card payments are processed by Paystack at their published rate. Who carries that fee — you or the customer — is a platform setting, and whichever way it is set the amount is shown on the order before you are asked to accept anything. Traxease adds nothing to it.

No. Payouts are part of every plan, including Free. The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000, which exists so that a transfer costs less to send than it is worth, not to keep your money on the platform.

Uploads are refused with a clear message naming the limit and what you have used. Your store keeps selling — an at-capacity library never stops a customer checking out. Delete something, or move up a plan, and uploads resume immediately.

Any time, in both directions. Moving up applies immediately. Moving down keeps everything you have made; anything above the lower plan’s limits simply stops being editable until you are back under them — nothing is deleted for you.

Yes, indefinitely, and it is a real store: your own address, card and pay-on-delivery checkout, escrow, the ledger, bank payouts, customer accounts and analytics. The only way we earn from a free store is the 1% when you withdraw, which means we only earn when you have already been paid.

One store is one shop at one address, with its own products, orders, wallet and brand. Premium allows three on a single login — the case for that is a seller running distinct brands who does not want three separate accounts to sign into.
