Getting started
How do I start?
Sign up on the web, or open Traxease in Telegram and say hi. Name your shop and you’re live in minutes.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee and needs no card. A small fee applies only when you withdraw.
Do I need a website or any tech skills?
No. Your shop gets its own address, like yourshop.traxease.com, and you run it from your chat or the web.
Chat and assistant
Which chat apps does it work in?
Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Your shop and your numbers are the same in each, and on the web.
Can I send voice notes?
Yes. Say what happened, like “sold 3 bags of rice for 45k”, and the assistant drafts it for you.
Will the assistant change things without asking?
Never. It shows you exactly what will change and waits for your tap.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes, and you switch between them in a tap. Pricing shows how many each plan includes.
Payments and money
How do my buyers pay?
By card through Paystack, or cash on delivery. Both are recorded in your orders.
When do I get my card money?
It’s held safely until the order is delivered, then it’s yours to withdraw to your bank.
What does it cost per sale?
Nothing per sale. A small percentage is taken when you withdraw; Pricing shows the current rate.
How are withdrawals kept safe?
Each one needs a one-time code from your email or authenticator app, so a stolen password alone can’t move your money.
Your store
Can I change how my store looks?
Pick a template, then add your logo, colours and photos. Change it whenever you like.
Can I use stock photos?
Yes. Search free stock photos right from the photo picker, or upload your own.
Can buyers leave reviews?
Yes, but only buyers who ordered the product. You can reply to any review, or hide it.
Privacy and your data
Do you sell my data?
No. Your shop’s data is yours. Our Privacy policy explains exactly what we keep and why.
Can I delete my chat data?
Yes. Open Settings in the chat and tap “Delete my chat data”.
